All Believers Will Be Raptured

For By Grace We Have Been Saved

John 14:1-6 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Jesus is coming again to receive all believers to Himself, to receive all those who believe He is the way, and the truth, and the life. Eph 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. We are all saved by grace through faith as a gift of God; no one deserves to be saved. Likewise, we will all be raptured by grace and no true believer will be left behind.

Phil 3:20-21 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Our citizenship is in heaven, not on this earth. Jesus Christ will come back to this earth to take all believers to be with Himself and when we are taken, we will be made to be like Him, perfect, without sin. Phil 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: God is at work in each of us transforming us into the image of Jesus Christ, and He will continue to work in us until we go to be with Him and are finally made to be like Him. There is no perfect Christian in the flesh, there never has been and there never will be. No one deserves to be saved and no one deserves to be raptured, but by the grace of God all believers are saved and all believers will be raptured.

I Jn 3:1-2 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

All believers in Jesus Christ are children of God and God loves all His children. God has planed to transform all of His children into the likeness of Jesus Christ, when we finally leave this flesh and are joined to our new glorified bodies.

1 Cor 15:51-57 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The penalty for sin is death, but because Jesus Christ has paid the sin penalty for us, we can live forever if we only believe in Him. The law proved that we are all sinners and deserve the death penalty; but, Jesus Christ kept the law and then fulfilled the requirement of the law on our behalf by dying for us, in our place, for our sins. This sin-cursed flesh will not live forever, but God has a new glorified body planned for all those who believe in Jesus Christ, a body that will live forever.

1Thes 4:16-18 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

All believers will be raptured, even those who have already died. When the Lord Jesus Christ returns to this earth to gather all believers to Himself, He will call all the believers who have already died, and then He will call all the living believers to be with Himself forever. No one will be left out; everyone who ever believed will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air. There is great comfort in knowing that we will all be caught up together; no true Christian will be left behind.

1 Pet 1:3-9 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

Because Jesus Christ rose from the dead, we can be sure we will rise from the dead. He is our living hope; because He lives and will live forever we can be sure that we have eternal life. God has an inheritance reserved in heaven for all who believe in Jesus Christ; we can be sure of receiving that inheritance because God Almighty is the one who keeps us and He cannot fail. We believe in Jesus Christ even though we have not yet seen Him and as a result of our faith in Him, we know that we have been given eternal life. We all experience various kinds of trials in this life and non of us is immuned to pain and suffering; therefore, knowing that we have eternal life and that we will someday be taken from this earth to be with the Lord gives us great joy beyond expression.

Titus 2:11-14 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, gave Himself for us in order to redeem us from our sins and to make us pure so that we can be a people for His own possession. His desire is that we be His. We can be sure we will all be kept safe for the day of redemption when we will finally be made to be like Him, without sin forever, because He cannot fail.

Eph 2:4-7 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

God loved us even when we were dead in our sin. He gave His Son to die for us so that He could give us new life, eternal life. He placed us in Christ so that when Christ died, we died and when Christ arose, we arose, and because He is in heaven, we are in heaven, in Christ Jesus. We can be as sure of heaven, as if we were already there, because it is God's plan and purpose for us, and God cannot fail. God saved us so that He could show His grace and kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. God loves us as much as He loves His Son, Jesus Christ.

I Jn 2:28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

We abide in Christ by believing in Him, and because we believe in Jesus Christ, believe He died for the forgiveness of our sins, we have confidence in knowing that we will be caught up to be with Him, when He returns for His own.

James 5:7-8 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

The Lord is coming again soon; we must be patient, He has a plan and a purpose in all that He is doing. When the time is right, He will return for His own, for all believers. We must continue to trust in Him, believing that He will come soon, for that is His will for us.

2 Cor 8:9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

Jesus Christ became poor and gave Himself for us so that we might be made rich toward God. He has prepared great riches for us in heaven and He will come soon to take all of us to be with Himself and to enjoy those riches forever.

2 Tim 4:7-8 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

All true believers look forward to the coming of the Lord and they will all receive a crown of righteousness when they see Jesus face to face.

James 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

All who believe will continue to believe and will be rewarded for their faith with a crown of life, eternal life.

Thus says the LORD, “Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD who exercises lovingkindness, justice, and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things,” declares the LORD.
